Overview

Have a business idea but don’t know where to start? This course is designed to take you from inspiration to action. Whether you’re interested in launching a startup or simply want to understand how ventures grow, you’ll gain hands-on skills and insights into the world of entrepreneurship.

This is not a theory-heavy course — it's practical, collaborative, and fast-paced. You’ll work in teams, validate ideas, build prototypes, and present your startup to mentors and peers.

Course Objectives

By the end of the course, participants will:

  • Apply frameworks like Lean Canvas and Value Proposition Design
  • Learn to conduct customer interviews and validation sprints
  • Develop a minimum viable product (MVP) concept
  • Pitch a business model to a panel of peers and mentors
